1 General Terms

Baj (hereinafter referred to as "baj", "we", or "the platform") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the baj platform.

By registering on baj or using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Applicability

2 Account Registration & Verification

To open a valid account on baj, you must provide accurate and complete information. baj reserves the right to close any account at any time if it was registered using false or incomplete details.

Registration Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Identity Document: National ID or passport details must be provided accurately.
• One Account: Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
• Contact information: A valid phone number and email address are mandatory.
• Password Security: A strong password must be used and must not be shared with anyone.

KYC Verification Process

To ensure security, baj follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. A copy of your ID may be required before withdrawals or for large transactions. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this process is completed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Our policy on deposits and withdrawals at baj is transparent and straightforward. We want every user to transact with ease and confidence.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (Standard Member)
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals for VIP members are processed on a priority basis.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held pending KYC verification.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

4 Betting Rules

Placing bets on baj requires following certain specific rules. These rules apply equally to all users and ensure the fairness of the platform.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Minimum bet amount: ৳10
• Maximum bet amounts vary depending on the odds and event.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting — the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

What happens when a match is cancelled or postponed?

• If a match is completely cancelled, all bets will be refunded.
• If a match ends before the scheduled time, the result stands as valid in accordance with the sport's own rules.
• If a technical error or data discrepancy is identified in any match, baj reserves the right to review and revise the result.

Odds Rules

Baj sets odds based on its own analysis and market data. If incorrect odds are published for any reason, baj reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets. Users involved will be notified accordingly.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

Baj regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. These offers come with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• To withdraw a bonus, you must wager at least 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

Cashback Bonus

• Cashback is calculated every Monday and credited on Tuesday.
• Cashback that is not used within 7 days of being credited will expire.
• Cashback bonuses typically carry a 1x wagering requirement.

Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. If any individual attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or artificially fulfills wagering requirements, all associated accounts will be closed and the bonuses forfeited.

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward other users or staff.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
• Being a minor, or operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though it may be held for a period if an investigation is ongoing.

8 Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a decision made by baj, please follow the process below:

• Step 1: Reach out to our support team via live chat or email. You can typically expect a response within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to the management level.
• Step Three: Management's decision is final.

For disputes regarding betting outcomes, the official match result will be considered final. In the case of technical errors, baj will review the situation and make a determination.

9 Terms Update Policy

Baj reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:

• You will be notified of any significant changes via your registered email address or phone number.
• Separate notice may not be given for minor or editorial changes.
• Updated terms and conditions take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
