Account & Registration

To register on baj, you'll need an active Bangladeshi mobile number (e.g. 01XXXXXXXXX), a valid email address, and your full name and date of birth. You must be at least 18 years old. A copy of your National ID or passport may be required later for account verification. The entire registration process takes just 3 minutes.

No, each person or household is allowed only one baj account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or device is a direct violation of our policies. In such cases, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. It keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraudulent transactions. KYC is typically required before your first withdrawal or when transacting large amounts. Simply upload a clear photo of your National ID or passport and you're good to go.

The name provided at registration cannot be changed, as it is linked to your KYC verification. If you need to update your mobile number or email address, please contact the Support team. Some details can be updated through identity document verification.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Depositing on baj is quick and easy. After logging in, go to the Wallet or Deposit section. Select Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket, enter the amount, and complete the payment. Deposits are usually instant, though they may occasionally take 5–10 minutes.

The minimum deposit on baj is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on your account level. VIP members enjoy higher limits.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Up to 90% of withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes. During peak hours or for larger amounts, additional verification time may be required. Having KYC completed speeds up the process.

In most cases, deposits are instant. If your balance hasn't updated, try refreshing the page first. If the issue persists, contact support with your transaction reference number. The SMS you receive from Mobile Pay or Nagad contains a transaction ID — share that with support for a faster resolution.

Bonuses & Promotions

Once you complete registration and make your first deposit, a welcome bonus is automatically credited to your account. The bonus amount depends on the current offer available. A specific turnover requirement must be met before the bonus can be used. For more details, on the Promotions page Go.

A turnover requirement means you need to wager the bonus amount a set number of times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x turnover requirement means you must place ৳5,000 in total bets. Each bonus has its own terms. Once the requirement is met, any winnings can be withdrawn.

When a friend or acquaintance registers on baj using your referral link or code and makes their first deposit, you'll earn a referral bonus. The bonus amount is based on their first deposit. There's no limit on referrals — the more you refer, the more you earn.

Betting & Odds

baj offers betting on cricket, football, tennis, badminton, basketball, volleyball, hockey, and more — over 30 sports in total. Bangladesh's most popular cricket tournaments — including the BPL, IPL, and World Cup — feature special odds. You can also bet in real time with live betting during matches.

A bet may be cancelled if a match is abandoned, if odds were incorrect due to a technical error, or if a significant change occurs before the match begins. Funds from cancelled bets are generally returned to your wallet within 30 minutes. For detailed rules, Terms & Conditions on that page.

baj displays odds in decimal format. For example, if the odds are 2.5 and you place a ৳100 bet, a win returns ৳250 in total (your original ৳100 stake plus ৳150 in profit). The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning — but the bigger the reward. You'll find a more detailed guide on the Analysis page.

Live betting is only available while a match is in progress. Active live matches are listed on the Match Odds page. Odds change quickly during live betting, so make sure to place your bets carefully.

Security & Privacy

After logging in, go to Account Settings and look for the "Security" section. You'll find the two-factor authentication (2FA) option there. Simply verify your mobile number to enable 2FA. From that point on, you'll receive an OTP on your phone each time you log in.

If you notice anything suspicious, change your password immediately and notify the support team. If you see an unrecognized transaction or login, contact support to have your account temporarily locked. baj will never ask for your password via email or SMS.

Mobile App

Download the baj app directly from our Download Page available for download. Separate versions are available for Android and iOS. Check the download page regularly to stay up to date with the latest version.

To install the baj APK on Android, you'll need to enable "Unknown Sources" in your phone's settings. Go to Settings → Security → Unknown Sources and toggle it on. You can turn it off again after the installation is complete.

Start by restarting your phone. Then uninstall the app and reinstall it fresh. Check your internet connection as well. If the problem continues, contact support with your device model and operating system details.

Responsible Gaming

In the "Responsible Gaming" section of Account Settings, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits. Once a limit is set, it cannot be changed for up to 48 hours. This is the best way to keep yourself in control.
